Business and Project Support Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business and Project Support Administrator to join our Digital Services team. This role will provide administrative support to the safety and governance personnel within the Digital EPR project, including diary management, handling correspondence, and day-to-day requests. The successful candidate will also assist with team meetings, quality improvement projects, and stakeholder management.
Main Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Digital EPR project team, including diary management and handling correspondence.
- Assist with team meetings, quality improvement projects, and stakeholder management.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with members of the public, patients, and carers.
- Optimise IT applications by using Microsoft Office effectively to produce accurate and well-presented documentation.
Requirements
- Able to demonstrate a good level of general education to GCSE level in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
- RSA III or equivalent and/or Word Processing Qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 Administration qualification or equivalent.
- Advanced IT Skills in MS Office.
