Head of Projects - Hybrid

Seeking a role to utilize your project management and leadership skills? One where you can bring your experience of pulling together process and plant engineering projects to conclusion? Our client owns and operates a number of facilities in the renewable energy and green manufacturing space, investing heavily with numerous plant upgrades underway, with more scheduled including further plant growth and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage a commercial approach to delivering projects
  • Help establish processes to mitigate project risks, track and manage delivery, and embed appropriate governance
  • Work with the SLT to guide a small team within the project delivery function in delivering major projects

About the Role:

Our client's strategy for growth will further increase the capacity and complexity of such projects, and they see this as an opportunity to grow the function and develop robust systems to support future needs.

What You'll Need:

  • Developed a career in a process engineering or mechanical and electrical plant setting with a strong project management approach
  • Experience in a leadership role

Work Environment:

Whilst based from the Head Office in Southern Home Counties, you will typically be in office 1 day a week and spend other time on sites and working from home.
