About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at SearchTech. As a key member of our project delivery function, you will be responsible for leading and managing major projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial approaches to project delivery
  • Establish and manage processes to mitigate project risks
  • Track and manage project delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes
  • Embed governance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a process engineering or mechanical and electrical plant setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement commercial approaches to project delivery
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
