We are very excited to announce a job opportunity with our client, a leader in mechanical and electrical services, who is currently in need of a Customer Care Advisor to join their team.
Here's a quick overview of what you'll be doing:
- Providing top-notch customer support by resolving issues promptly
- Handling incoming calls professionally and courteously
- Escalating customer concerns when necessary
- Developing strong relationships with new and existing customers
The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, some background in administration, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to business demands. This role is office-based, offering a salary of up to £28,000 per year. The working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Thursday, and from 08:00 to 16:00 on Fridays with a one-hour break.
