Venn Group have been approached by a Support Organisation and would like to introduce the following position

**Length:

  • 37.5 hours p/week (mix of Early Shift 7.30am 3.30pm & Late Shifts 2.30pm 10.30pm**
    The role will predominantly involve:
  • Contributing to the running of the scheme undertaking a different range of tasks and customer service initiatives
  • Providing onetoone support for rough sleepers
  • Aiming to help people move away from rough sleeping and support people in taking the first steps towards finding a home
  • Answering the door to reception and dealing with daily tasks of customers and signposting their needs
  • Assisting customers with appointments and if required taking them to appointments such as GP, Solicitors, Social Care, Probation, shopping, day trips
  • Cleaning & preparing any vacant flats ready for relet
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly Health & Safety checks which include fire, slips trips and falls, checking individual flats for repairs, first aid
  • Completing housing assessments with prospective customers
  • Signing new customers up and explaining house rules, Licence Agreements, Support Agreements
  • Reporting repairs and chasing up
  • Customer Involvement such as gardening, meetings, trips, baking, sewing and art
  • Dealing with any incidents on scheme
