Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining project records.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings, including arranging logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Ensure that project metrics and key performance indicators are captured and reported to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
