Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Manage the day-to-day activities on site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met and that all parties are informed and aligned.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress and budgetary performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays in a timely manner.
- Travel Requirements: Own vehicle required, with travel expenses paid for.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in construction management, with experience in site operations and project coordination.
