Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Manage the day-to-day activities on site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met and that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress and budgetary performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays in a timely manner.
  • Travel Requirements: Own vehicle required, with travel expenses paid for.

Requirements:
