Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division is collaborating with a client in the West Lothian area to hire an Internal Sales Executive on a permanent basis because of their continuous success and growth.

Working within the Sales and Customer Service teams, your role will involve managing existing and lapsed customers, as well as acquiring new customers. Building strong relationships will be key in growing customer accounts and boosting sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships
  • Develop a strategic call cycle to stay in touch with customers regularly
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
  • Provide technical product details, availability, and pricing
  • Proactively inform customers about new products and upcoming launches
  • Create and follow up on sales quotes for customers
  • Conduct presentations for customers, mainly online with occasional in-person meetings
  • Maintain sales pipeline and forecasts
  • Generate reports on sales activities and accomplishments
  • Ensure the CRM database is accurate and up to date
  • Address customer issues and complaints promptly
  • Process sales orders, manage returns, and handle invoicing and credit information for accounts

Required Background:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer relationship management, or account management
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Experience in sales pipeline management and forecasting software
  • Proficient in IT, including MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
