Sales Executive

Escape Recruitment Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our client's Commercial Division in West Lothian. This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding career path for a sales professional.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and lapsed customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Convert new customers through effective sales strategies and presentations.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM database management.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales orders, arrange returns, and send invoices and credit information to accounts.
- Previous experience in a similar sales, customer relationship development, and/or account management role.
- Experience in building sales pipelines and forecasting using relevant software.
- Confident IT skills, including MS Office and CRM databases.
