{"h1": "Internal Sales Executive", "p": "We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our client\u2019s Sales team in West Lothian. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and lapsed customers, identifying opportunities to sell additional products and services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain customer relationships
* Build an effective call cycle to maintain regular contact with customers
* Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services
* Provide technical product specification, availability, and pricing
* Proactively contact customers to promote new products and advise of product launches
* Build sales quotes for customers, including follow-up and close
* Deliver presentations to customers on products
* Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting
* Provide reports on sales activities and achievements
* Ensure CRM database is up-to-date and accurate
* Deal with customer issues and complaints, resolving in a timely manner
* Process sales orders, arrange returns, and send invoice and credit information to accounts

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar sales, customer relationship development, and/or account management role
* Committed to delivering exceptional customer service levels
* Strong communication skills, able to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
* Experience of building sales pipeline and forecasting using relevant software
* Confident IT skills, including MS Office and CRM databases
* Effective problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
