Internal Sales Executive Opportunity

Escape Recruitment Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our Commercial Division in West Lothian. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through effective customer relationships and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and lapsed customers to increase sales revenue and customer retention.
  • Develop and execute a call cycle to maintain regular contact with customers and identify opportunities to sell additional products and services.
  • Provide technical product specification, availability, and pricing information to customers.
  • Proactively promote new products and advise customers of product launches.
  • Build sales quotes for customers and follow up to close deals.
  • Deliver presentations to customers on products, both online and in-person.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements.
  • Ensure CRM database is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Process sales orders, arrange returns, and send invoice and credit information to accounts.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar sales, customer relationship development, and/or account management role.
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Experience in building sales pipeline and forecasting using relevant software.
  • Confident IT skills, including MS Office and CRM databases.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
