Job Overview

Escape Recruitment Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our Commercial Division in West Lothian. As a key member of our Sales and Customer Service team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and lapsed customers, identifying opportunities to sell additional products and services, and driving sales revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Build and execute a sales strategy to convert new customers and expand existing customer accounts
  • Provide technical product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  • Proactively promote new products and services to customers, and advise on product launches
  • Develop and deliver sales quotes, and follow up to close deals
  • Deliver presentations to customers on products, both online and in-person
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting, and provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements
  • Ensure CRM database is up-to-date and accurate
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales orders, arrange returns, and send invoices and credit information to accounts

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales, customer relationship development, or account management role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Experience in building sales pipeline and forecasting using relevant software
  • Confident IT skills, including MS Office and CRM databases
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
