  • Due to retirement, an exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our new amalgamated school with a start date in August 2024. Initially, the post will be mostly based at our Lower School site in Lyndhurst Road. However, when the new school is fully operational, we will all be at the new school site in Chesswood Road.
  • We are looking to appoint someone who:
- has a full clean driving licence;
- is enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, committed and conscientious;
- is highly organised and motivated in ensuring the maintenance of a safe, clean and attractive working environment;
- has good maintenance skills, ie. decorating and minor repair works;
- has the ability to project manage and liaise with contractors and outside agencies;
- has the skills to ensure compliance of all relevant H&S regulations and legislations;
- will be responsible for the effective security of the school buildings and grounds;
- will be able to respond to any out of hours call-outs and emergencies (should they occur)
- is ICT competent with good numeracy and literacy skills
