The Institutes of Technology (IoT) have been formed across England to enhance the career and employment chances of young people and adults.

At the Lincolnshire Institute of Technology - Boston College, we aim to develop the talent and skills to enable a dynamic, technology-driven economy, initially through engineering.


We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic and self-motivated Director of Learning for our IoT and Construction Industries area including digital technologies and motor vehicle.

We seek an innovator who has a passion for technical and professional education and who is committed to deliver their very best for our students.

The successful post-holder will inspire and motivate through a values-driven leadership style, taking our managers and their impressive teams to their next level.

With over £20 million investment in the area in the last few years including in green technologies, robotics and automation, you will be joining a college that works hand in glove with employers and other stakeholders to provide training and learning in state-of-the-art facilities.


As a member of the College Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward programmes for young people, apprentices, HE students and commercial trainees.

Your confident communication skills will secure and grow our partnerships, delivering on promises for a high-quality offer that exceeds expectations for the benefit of local, regional and national employers and our community.
