Do you have a passion for enabling individuals to reach their career aspirations? We're in search of two dedicated Learner Support Advisors to join our team and contribute significantly to the success of the Restart, Reskill, Upskill, and Career Advance Projects.
Your primary responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to participants, ensuring they receive personalised support to identify their training needs and explore potential pathways to employment.
Your guidance will be crucial in helping participants navigate the complexities of the job market and fully utilise the resources available to them through UKSPF funding.
