This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives by supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.

As a Learning Support Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support to students through one-on-one and small group sessions.
  • Collaborating with teachers to plan engaging lessons and activities tailored to student needs.
  • Contributing to a positive and productive learning environment by assisting with classroom management.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure consistent support for all students.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Previous experience working with primary school children is highly desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are preferred.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, students, and parents.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
