We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire. This rewarding role involves supporting secondary school students and offers working hours from 08:30 to 15:30, with a competitive pay rate of £85 - £100 per day, depending on experience.

Your Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them understand and engage with the curriculum.
  • Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons, adapting materials to suit individual learning needs.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere, building strong relationships with students to boost their confidence and independence.
  • Monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers and other staff to adjust support strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in education or a related field.
