Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to KS2 students, fostering a love for learning and academic achievement.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated to succeed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their development.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching practice and subject knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching KS2 students is preferred but not essential.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
