Sleaford, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom Penderels Trust Full time

We're on the lookout for a team member to provide guidance on Direct Payments to individuals with disabilities residing independently in Lincolnshire. This job is pretty diverse: you'll be both in the office and working from home, with some community travel involved. If you get the role, you'll be part of a top-notch non-profit organization specializing in independent living services for individuals with disabilities and healthcare requirements nationwide. The job is based in Sleaford. You'll earn a starting salary of £24,142 a year, which will increase to £24,625 after your probation period. You'll be working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The main responsibilities of this role include advising individuals on their care packages, managing your caseload, assisting with the recruitment and management of care staff, providing accurate information, maintaining records, and attending meetings/reviews. We need someone with experience in customer service advisory roles, excellent communication skills, effective workload management abilities, proficiency in data handling, teamwork, flexibility, deadline orientation, a valid driving license, and good Microsoft Office skills. You'll also need a grade 'C' in English and Maths. If you land this role, you'll have access to perks like an employee assistance program, subsidized car breakdown cover, death in service benefit, 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with tenure), and 2 extra leave days in December after a year of service. Oh, and to top it off, we're a Disability Confident employer, offering guaranteed interviews to disabled candidates matching the job requirements.
