We're
Adults Supporting Adults a social care charity covering the whole of Lincolnshire.

We provide a range of care and support services for vulnerable people, some of whom are living with dementia or experiencing poor mental health, others have physical disabilities and require support to access the community and lead a lifestyle of their choice.

We listen to the people we support and promote choice, independence and individual opportunities.

We are looking for people who care regardless of qualifications or experience. ASA can provide training and ongoing support to assist you to feel confident in your role.

Support may include assisting people to access health care appointments, going shopping, completing paperwork but it can also be supporting people to take part in a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, drama, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.


We have contracts and hours available in Sleaford, Stamford and Bourne areas, so are looking for support workers who are looking for full or part hours who live and work in these areas in particular.
