Relief Support Worker

Sleaford housing related support is currently looking for Relief Support workers who can help out at our adult related support service.

The service provides support for individuals who are in crisis, have support needs or are looking for accommodation.

Within North Kesteven we have a dedicated team of individuals building relationships with our customers to help improve their lives.


Supporting up to 19 individuals with highly complex needs you will build relationships with them normally over a period of 3-6 months and help provide them with the tools to manage their accommodation, their support needs and develop their life skills.

Offering them a sincere and heartfelt service your work will directly help them out of crisis.

In this role play a key role in helping to improve the lives of our customers upwards of 18yrs who may high support needs.


When you start in this role you will quickly gather experience in working with various local agencies and develop knowledge in helping people to safeguard, undertake daily tasks and support them in dealing with their affairs.

With no two days being identical you could be helping them to budget, pay their bills, work with their specific support needs, seek accommodation or maintain their existing.


Whilst experience is beneficial, we are really interested in meeting with individuals with a real interest in helping others within their community.

If you're new to housing related support, we will provide you with the training required to make you successful so you can really make a difference to peoples lives.

This role is offered on relief basis.
