An amazing opportunity has arisen in Sleaford for support workers as OneCall24 Healthcare is looking to recruit a team of support workers to work with a client who is a dynamic young woman with an acquired brain injury and requires ongoing support with her rehabilitation.
We are looking for someone who can support our client with enhancing her quality of life and can enable her with all daily living tasks and motivate when required.
We are looking for support workers who can deliver person-centered care in line with a personalized care plan, created specifically to meet the needs of our individual client.
You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to support and guide all of staff, to ensure the highest standards of care and an excellent pathway of professional development.
What Experience We Require:
- ABI
- Rehabilitation
- Moving and Handling
