Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, including those with autism, acquired brain injury, and mental health needs.

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
