Key Responsibilities and duties:

  • Welcome guests on arrival, assist them with their luggage, escort them to their rooms and inform them of all inroom and hotel facilities.
  • Store guests' luggage in line with the hotel's policies and safety procedures.
  • Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc.
  • Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure the safety and security in and around the hotel.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with the hotel's established protocols, procedures, and good practices to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Promote the hotel's food and beverage facilities.
  • Provide support to the events coordinating team and management as necessary
