Cycas Hospitality is a hotel management company specialising in extended-stay hotels. We manage a number of award-winning hotels throughout the UK and Europe_

Main Duties
- _Ensure that guest Suites, toilet and bathroom areas are serviced to the highest standards of cleanliness and in accordance with Company procedures and productivity requirements._
- _Carry out routine and periodic cleaning to areas, as directed._
- _Be aware of the COSHH regulations in relation to cleaning materials, ensuring that all materials are used and stored in compliance with these regulations._
- _Ensure that, after cleaning, all suites are left in a secure condition._
- _Be aware of and operate security and emergency procedures in the hotel_Operate guest laundry service efficiently and effectively._
- _Assist guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner, as required._
- _Undertake late maid shift where required_
- _Support all members of the team to achieve and maintain standards to the highest possible level in respect of service, hygiene and Health & Safety._
