Duties include, food service, setting up for events and decorating, cleaning after events, bar, for prep for buffets and simple breakfasts.

In the low activity periods, you will assist the housekeeper to turn over the property. Flexibility is key.


Each event or booking we host is different to the next, so it is nice to always be doing something a little different.

May to September is our busy season for events and weddings, so more front of house duties are required in this period.

In the off-season you will be working more often with the housekeeper to prepare our wonderful georgian manor house for the next group.

We have lots of Americans staying with us, corporate clients and fun family parties to arrange and host. All bookings are a minimum of two days but up to two weeks. There will be a lot of overtime when we host a fully serviced stay for 1-2 weeks.
