Role Overview: As a Support Practitioner, you will engage in various activities that promote the well-being and happiness of the individual you support. This includes:
- Social Engagement: Facilitating community involvement by organizing and participating in outings to leisure activities such as day centres, cinema, and swimming.
- Health Management: Administering and overseeing medication as required.
- Personal Assistance: Supporting daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and arranging medical appointments.
- Household Support: Aiding in maintaining a comfortable living environment through assistance with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping.
