Exciting Opportunity: A unique position has opened up for a dedicated individual to provide support to a vibrant young woman in her home environment. No prior experience in care is necessary, as comprehensive in-house training will be provided to all new team members.

Role Overview: As a Support Practitioner, you will engage in various activities that promote the well-being and happiness of the individual you support. This includes:

  • Social Engagement: Facilitating community involvement by organizing and participating in outings to leisure activities such as day centres, cinema, and swimming.
  • Health Management: Administering and overseeing medication as required.
  • Personal Assistance: Supporting daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and arranging medical appointments.
  • Household Support: Aiding in maintaining a comfortable living environment through assistance with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping.
