About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in supporting a young woman to achieve her full potential in her home in Blairgowrie.

No prior experience in care is required, as we provide comprehensive in-house training to all new staff members.

The successful candidate will be active and enjoy engaging in various leisure activities such as day centres, cinema, swimming, and arts and crafts.

As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting individuals to engage with their communities, administering and monitoring medication, and promoting personal care and wellbeing.

You will also be required to help individuals maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
