About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Practitioner to join our team in supporting a young woman to achieve her full potential in her home in Blairgowrie.

No prior experience in care is required, as we provide comprehensive in-house training to all new staff members.

The successful candidate will need to be active and enjoy participating in activities such as long walks, dancing, music, trampolining, and swimming, as well as indoor activities like arts and crafts and jigsaw puzzles.

At times, the individual may need to manage challenging behavior, but there is also a lot of fun and interaction involved.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and be part of a lively, warm, and talented young woman's life.

We offer a range of working hours, including full-time, part-time, and bank hours, and a driving license is required for this role.
