Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner Driver to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Practitioner Driver, you will play a vital role in supporting a young woman to achieve her full potential in her home in Blairgowrie.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the individual in engaging with their community by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities, such as day centres, cinema, swimming, and other events.
  • Support the individual in maintaining their wellbeing by promoting their personal care, which may include assistance with bathing, dressing, arranging visits with healthcare professionals, and incontinence care.
  • Provide practical support to the individual, including assistance with daily living tasks and promoting their independence.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
