Salary:
£23,000 per annum, increasing to £25,000 per annum upon completion of a successful probationary period

Yu Smart is a Metering Equipment Manager within the Energy Sector delivering smart meter and EV charge-point installation services.

We are looking to expand our Customer Services Team, to ensure continued success & growth.

What We Need from Yü:

Here is a taste of what you'll be doing:

  • Making outbound calls to existing business customers with the aim to book appointments for our highly skilled engineers.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Respond to customer complaints.
  • Delivering consistently high levels of customer service.
  • To take responsibility for maintaining an appropriate level of knowledge and seeking assistance from your line manager and/or colleagues where required.

Relevant Qualifications / Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Exceptional organisational skills particularly in time and diary management.

Desirable:

  • Experience of the Utilities industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
