Based within our new business in Telford, your overall responsibility will be to ensure a continued level of excellent customer service to all of our customers.
The role requires a professional approach to customer service and a desire for continuous improvement.Your duties will include answering telephone calls and processing orders; raising, investigating and resolving customer queries; advising and informing customers on our service or product ranges and general administration tasks.
Salary/Working Pattern£22,678.50 Per Annum, working Monday to Friday from 9am till 5:30pm for 37.5 hours per week. The PackageYou'll benefit from excellent training, we invest in our employees' development by offering career progression opportunities.
