Our inspection systems are used by top pharmaceutical companies, printers, and cosmetics and food manufacturers in more than 50 countries.

Your tasks:

  • Acquire new customers through active market research
  • Coordination of (new) customer inquiries (leads)
  • Independent processing of inquiries from our sales representatives and distributors
  • Creating marketing campaigns to support the generation of new leads
  • Support and cooperation in the planning and preparation of sales activities, such as trade fairs
  • Generate quotations and proposals for the sale of our products
  • Active cross selling of service products to existing and new customers
  • Responsible for all invoicing and follow up activities
  • Maintaining existing CRM contacts and acquiring customers through renewed contacts
  • Data maintenance in the ERP and CRM system
  • Generating company reports for ongoing sales figures including monthly Forecast
  • Implementation of quality management specifications/processes as well as active contribution to the continuous improvement of departmental processes

What distinguishes you:

  • Selfinitiative, sense of responsibility, reliability and a careful way of working
  • An apprenticeship in business administration or equivalent training
  • Relevant professional experience in inside sales
  • Basic understanding of technology
  • Confident in the use of CRM and ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
