Contract Services Division


Our Contract Services Division is a dedicated team at Nene, managing the inspection and maintenance process for our diverse client base.

From regular inspections to repairs and small project work.

We aim to offer superior response times, service and efficiency, minimising our client's operational downtime and ensuring they are fully compliant with health and safety regulations.


The Role/Duties

  • Report directly to the Contract Services Management
  • Manage open enquiries, sales quotations, and any technical queries, ensuring the standard operating procedure is always observed.
  • Ensure customer policies are adhered to concerning their quote processes and authorised rack profiles.
  • If required liaise with installation teams on site regarding any queries they might have regarding the scope of work you've quoted.
  • Problemsolving failed jobs: making sure they are resolved quickly with the correct department and rescheduled.
  • Develop knowledge of all customer systems/portals
  • Work closely with the wider team, as and when requested, to ensure the smooth running of all operations.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, contractors, and team members politely and professionally always.
  • Deliver an efficient, friendly service.
  • Identify and report growth opportunities within the team
