Davis Tate are looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Didcot on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Negotiator working for Davis Tate you will receive:
- £22,000 on target earnings (OTE) per annum
- Monthly commission pay

In the role of a Negotiator you will:
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Identify new instruction opportunities
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times
Industry experience is preferred but not essential, however as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.
It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
