About the Role:

The HTSL Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Sandhurst. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and product knowledge to customers, helping them to understand our radiation detection equipment and dosimetry products.
  • Offer pre-sales and technical assistance, as well as product education to customers.
  • Identify and develop customer opportunities while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Stay up to date on new product launches and features, ensuring the sales team is informed.
  • Support marketing activities and attend trade shows and conferences.

Requirements:

  • A Can Do attitude with a willingness to both learn and share knowledge.
  • Interpersonal skills with good business acumen.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving approach.
  • Working comfortably within a small team.
  • Sales experience preferable.
  • Technical knowledge acumen, scientific instrumentation experience also desirable.
