About the Role:
The HTSL Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Sandhurst. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and product knowledge to customers, helping them to understand our radiation detection equipment and dosimetry products.
- Offer pre-sales and technical assistance, as well as product education to customers.
- Identify and develop customer opportunities while maintaining strong relationships.
- Stay up to date on new product launches and features, ensuring the sales team is informed.
- Support marketing activities and attend trade shows and conferences.
Requirements:
- A Can Do attitude with a willingness to both learn and share knowledge.
- Interpersonal skills with good business acumen.
- Attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving approach.
- Working comfortably within a small team.
- Sales experience preferable.
- Technical knowledge acumen, scientific instrumentation experience also desirable.
- Excellent telephone and listening skills.
