The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Didcot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, growing the lettings portfolio, and ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, delivering an exceptional service to our clients, and thriving on success. You will be responsible for managing clients, reporting KPIs and market analysis, registering applicants, booking and conducting viewings, and identifying opportunities for valuations and cross-selling financial or legal services.

We are looking for someone who is driven, organised, and eager to succeed. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and hungry for success, thrive in a busy, dynamic environment, and be confident, resilient, and enthusiastic.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in either their academic, professional, or personal life, and will be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. They will be organised and methodical, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, and will embrace change and be open to feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and keep them updated with regular communication
  • Report KPIs and market analysis to directors
  • Register applicants, book and conduct viewings
  • Identify opportunities for valuations and cross-selling financial or legal services
  • Conduct market appraisals and valuations to bring new properties to market
  • Actively seek opportunities to increase market share and grow the business
