The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Didcot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, growing the lettings portfolio, and ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, delivering an exceptional service to our clients, and thriving on success. You will be responsible for managing clients, reporting KPIs and market analysis to directors, registering applicants, booking and conducting viewings, identifying opportunities for valuations and cross-selling financial or legal services, conducting market appraisals and valuations to bring new properties to market, and actively seeking opportunities to increase market share and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Market Analysis: Provide regular market analysis and KPI reports to directors, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Viewings and Valuations: Register applicants, book and conduct viewings, and conduct market appraisals and valuations to bring new properties to market.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for valuations and cross-selling financial or legal services, and actively seek opportunities to increase market share and grow the business.
