Position: Enabling Support Worker (Children and Young People's Services)

Location: Northumberland - Ashington, Blyth, Cramlington and surrounding areas

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Contract: Bank Contract, with the option to move to fixed hours

About the Role: This exciting new role involves providing support services for children and young people with disabilities, offering short break support and enabling them to participate in activities

Support children to access their local areaAssist children in their homesProvide parents/carers a breakHelp children and young people flourish and lead fulfilled lives

Requirements:

Experience working with children with disabilitiesExperience in caring for childrenFriendly, fun, and adept at bringing joy to children

Preferred Qualifications:

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Health and Social Care or Child CareLevel 2 (or above) qualifications in English and MathsPrior experience as a support worker or childcare practitionerCar driver with own vehicle access
