The Outreach Rehabilitation Support Workers, work alongside an individual's neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies. We don't need people with vast care experience, as we provide full training.What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded, proactive people who love working in a positive creative team.
As this role is in the community supporting individuals in our own homes, community and workplaces it it essential to be a driver and care owner.
Full training is given for this role, and we have excellent career development programmes and opportunities.
The role would suit both individuals looking for a complete career change or those looking working towards a career in Social Care, Neuro-Psychology, Neuro-OT, Neuro-SLT or Neuro-physiotherapy.
