About the Role:
- The Commonwealth of Virginia is actively looking for candidates for the position of Youth Rehabilitation Officer (YRO), an opportunity for individuals passionate about guiding youth towards positive outcomes.
This role involves working in a secure environment where you will be instrumental in providing care and support to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing effective supervision and security measures to foster a safe atmosphere for all residents.
- Conducting regular safety assessments and managing behavioral challenges using established intervention techniques.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience or certification in areas such as safety protocols, documentation practices, and conflict resolution.

Available Shifts:
- Shift 1: 5:45 AM - 2:45 PM (8-hour shift)
- Shift 2: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM (8-hour shift)
- Shift 3: 11:15 PM - 8:15 AM (8-hour shift)
- Shift 4: 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM (12-hour shift)
- Shift 5: 6:15 PM - 5:45 AM (12-hour shift)
