We're looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our Facilities Management Projects team.

Key Responsibilities:

QHSE and Compliance

  • Coordination of subcontractor files ensuring statutory compliance
  • Reporting and management of work management system (EPIX)
  • Logging near miss and hazard reports
  • Organise all compliance and projectrelated paperwork
Finance

  • Setting and adhering to budgets that implement costsaving measures
  • Consistently monitor and manage the costs against each project
  • Supporting chasing of debt to keep within contractual terms
  • Raising and reviewing purchase order requests
  • Drive high quality financial performance to influence P&L results
Reporting

  • Support the preparation and delivery of monthly project reviews
  • Creation and review of management reports such as P&L, WIP, debt, OPOs and supplier invoices
  • Ad hoc reporting as requested
Supply Chain

  • Drive high quality commercial performance through understanding contractual commitments, allow better buying and use of preferred suppliers
  • Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
  • Obtaining supplier quotes and uploading onto the system for approval
Sales

  • Assist the Head of Projects throughout the sales process by aiding in the preparation of prequalification and tender documents.

Qualifications and Skills

You must have:

  • Higher educational qualifications or degree, or equivalent experience
  • IT Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to achieve key tasks and give the business a sound reporting base
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer focus skills with a passion for customer service
  • Selfmotivation and ambition
  • A results/task orientated approach, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
  • A calm manner and able to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities
  • A discrete approach to keep work confidential

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in administration or similar projects coordinator role
  • Experience in a facilities management environment
  • Experience in financial roles
