Our client, a leading accountancy consultancy, is looking to hire a Finance Operations Coordinator to join their team.

This role will be an integral part of the Finance Operations team, working closely with the Accounting and Project Management teams to provide business support, perform operations tasks and produce financial reports.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships with various teams to ensure a smooth and swift response to queries and requests for information.
  • Support the development of best practice financial processes.
  • Assist with and monitor financial processes (eg, budget and reforecast activities, monthly financial performance reports, billing).
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics (i.e missing time, utilisation, financial performance).
  • Support team preparation for key financial performance meetings (eg, preparing slides, running reports).
  • You will be supported with specific job training and development.
