The Role
As Learning Support Coordinator, you will administer the apprenticeship programme for Dental Nurses, supporting the progress of all cohorts and accurately producing required reporting, in both levy and commercially funded programmes

You will provide support to all learners with escalated queries or issues with their learning experience, within agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)

You will provide an efficient and professional support service to the Talent, L&D team across a range of administrative and support duties, including basic and scheduled MI and data reports to the team as per an agreed schedule

Key accountabilities / activities

  • Provide admin support for colleagues on apprenticeship programmes
  • Liaise with Apprenticeship providers to ensure successful delivery of programmes
  • Complete apprenticeship programme admin processes and reports as required, including accurate personnel file record keeping
  • Create and issue scheduled learning & apprenticeship MI and data reports as requested
  • Support the scheduling of all formal learning activities provided by the L&D team
  • Administer requirements for delivery of learning activities, such as venue management, virtual booking invites, provision of materials, and travel arrangements, followup and programme led touchpoint delivery
  • Track, action and monitor invoices and spend activities across the team, aligned to budget and cost centre allocations
  • Coordinate and monitor team actions log, record minutes and actions and other supporting activities for team meetings
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of learner support and user experience through process development, use of quality standards and close alignment to business users
  • Ensure that personal development is actively undertaken, in line with personal and business objectives in a way that role models selfdevelopment

Essential skills & experience

  • Previous experience of administering and supporting apprenticeship programmes desirable
  • Experienced in a service user environment / basic business administration
  • Customer centric mindset and committed to customer satisfaction delivery
  • Previous experience of administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and similar platforms desirable
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise under pressure, in a changing and fast paced environment
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and processes, meet deadlines and use sound judgement to make decisions and solve problems
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially excel for reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Approachable, team player
  • Positive, proactive mindset
