Meet Our Team:
The Sales Trainer team is part of our sales enablement organization. You'll be part of a close-knit team that has a significant impact on the success of our sales teams. Your main tasks will involve planning, developing, and delivering sales training programs to the sales team across the EMEA region.

As the EMEA Sales Trainer, your main focus will be preparing our salespeople and teams with the necessary tools, skills, and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will provide high-quality training for merchant-facing teams during new hire onboarding training and in-service training programs.

Role responsibilities include:
  • Conducting onboarding sessions for new hires to introduce them to our products, services, sales processes, and tools
Collaborating with colleagues to identify training needs based on market trends, product knowledge gaps, and sales performance metrics
Engaging with stakeholders to define outcome expectations for improved sales performance in the EMEA market
Delivering in-person or virtual training sessions for sales teams across different EMEA locations
Conducting workshops, role-plays, and simulations to reinforce learning and practical application of sales skills and knowledge
Managing and updating training materials to ensure they are up-to-date with current products, services, and sales strategies
Gaining insights on market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates relevant to the EMEA Region and sharing them with sales teams to enhance their competitive edge
Working closely with sales managers to evaluate the performance of individual sales representatives
Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of training programs, including metrics like sales performance improvements, adoption of best practices, and knowledge retention

The ideal candidate will be able to establish credibility and rapport with audiences in virtual and physical settings, have experience as a tenured salesperson or sales trainer, and follow a value-based selling approach and structured sales process.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales training or a similar role, preferably in the EMEA Region
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, processes, strategies, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in virtual and physical settings
  • Ability to adapt training programs to different learning styles and skill levels
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for training development and delivery
  • Travel requirement within the EMEA Region
