We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic individual to lead Devon Communities Together's operational delivery.

Do you have proven experience in a senior leadership role within the VCSE sector, strong strategic thinking and operational management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities and a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams? The post will include monitoring and evaluating against organisational targets, developing internal systems to improve efficiency, supporting staff wellbeing and inclusive working practices and maintenance of quality standards alongside developing and sustaining key partnerships.
