Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Source and screen candidates for various roles in Engineering and Construction
- Compile shortlists, arrange interviews, and provide feedback to clients
- Write job adverts from customer briefs and handle the onboarding process
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Engineering or Construction
- Strong network of industry professionals and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in business development and winning new business
- Computer-literate and proficient in recruitment software
- Competitive basic salary up to £34,000 per year
