Talent Acquisition Officer

Length of position:
This is a 4-6 week temporary position covering sick leave

Salary:
£15-£18ph depending on experience

Hours:20-24 hours a week

Start date:
Ideally w/c 20th March.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Working with the Recruitment Officer and stakeholders to understand the role requirements
  • Conduct initial CV screens, feeding back findings to the Recruitment Officer/ Stakeholders


This role is mainly office based (Alton, Hampshire) with hours spread over 4-5 days with Thursday being one of those days.

This role reports into our People Manage.

Essential skills and experience:

  • A proven track record of successfully managing and recruiting to a range of technical roles
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience of working with a range of seniority levels
  • A team player with a flexible and supportive approach.
  • The ability to report progress on a weekly basis

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience of recruiting in the space industry
  • Prior experience using bespoke Application Tracking Systems (ideally Workable)
  • Familiar with search techniques such as Boolean search/Xray search
  • Previous knowledge of using CV Databases, Social Media platforms, Recruitment Marketing Campaigns
