Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of motor claims from start to finish, ensuring customer needs are met
- Ensure claims are handled properly and comply with regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers and external parties
- Proactively engage with external parties to progress claims
- Prioritize and manage claims efficiently
- Identify indicators of fraud
- Complete all administrative tasks
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure
- Computer literate with a willingness to learn new systems
- Customer service experience
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- Minimum C Grade in Maths and English
