Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a varied personal caseload of property claims up to £75,000 per claim
* Proactively handling all allocated claims, effectively communicating with key stakeholders
* Monitoring and developing personal knowledge and skills through continued professional development
Requirements:
* Clear appreciation of the need for exceptional standards of customer service
* Previous property claims handling experience desirable
* Cert CII qualified
* Strong negotiation skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to assimilate and comprehend information
* Track record of delivering excellence
* Ability to handle high call volumes effectively
* Good attention to detail
* Energy, focus, and an interest in personal development
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workloads accordingly
